Step 1

Log on to https://agent.VIA.com and click on Agent Login.

Step 2

Sign into your account with user type as administrator.Your agent ID is your e-mail id or Mobile number registered & our password is either registered by you or given to you by us on telephone. It is recommended that after you have activated your account, you may change your password for extra security. For individual agent desks select the user type as User from the dropdown.

Step 3

Search and book flights. You can filter your search for specific booking classes and preferred airlines.

Step 4

Select the flight to book from our exhaustive list of all available flights across all airlines on a single screen. Click on book flights to continue booking.

Step 5

Fill Passenger details for the customer. We provide you with multiple payment options to suit the customer needs.

Step 6

Print your tickets there and then. Once the booking completes, you can print the tickets by clicking the Print Ticket Link. You can also get the ticket details by clicking the Check Status Tab on the menu and keying in the EBIX Travels Private Limited (formerly known as FlightRaja Travels Private Limited) Reference No. given to you after booking.
